Our classes are all levels. Complete beginners walk in to our classes every single day. Individuals who are active, healthy and enjoy physical activity are encouraged to start with our "vinyasa" classes. Vinyasa (aka Hot-Power Yoga) is a great workout. It is a complete, strengthening, stretching, sweating, fitness routine. You do NOT need to take a "beginner session." We actually prefer that you don't! Pick a class time that works for you and come in and have fun.
If you prefer to start in a slower paced, soothing, relaxed class and are interested in gentle toning and stretching you may prefer to start in our flow yoga classes. Our flow yoga classes are NOT "hot" yoga. The room is regular temperature. It is not a "sweaty" workout but rather a wonderful class that will help you to gently strengthen, tone and relax. If you are new, or returning, to physical activity you may way to start with our flow yoga class.
First time to studio please arrive 10-15 minutes early. If you need directions please call in advance. Don't hesitate to call or text 302.893.4585 if you have any questions, concerns or hesitations or are unsure of which class to start with. We will help guide you.
